Floral printed dress

Reposhing this dress. Runs very small; fits more like an XXS. I wear S, sometimes XS, in most stuff because I have a small chest, but this was tight for me in that area. Otherwise, the dress is absolutely gorgeous and in perfect unworn condition. Bright blue background with off white and burnt orange flowers.
