Black off the shoulder dress with blue and white floral pattern. Enough structure and padding to not have to wear a bra. Size 4 but about 5 inches was taken in at the bottom. I’m about 5’4” and it is floor length when I wore 3 inch heels. Really beautiful special occasion dress. Received a lot of compliments when I wore it to a military ball.
