Floral scrappy Dress

This floral dress has POCKETS!. Adjustable straps, faux buttons on top half of the dress. It hugs at the top but then becomes flowy at bottom passed the ribs. The floral designs have splotches of royal blue, light blue, coral, pink, and white.
