Floral side cut out mini dress

White floral dress with side cut outs and a deep v neckline. Mini length. Originally had tulle, but it was cut out so that the skirt portion would not be as full. There is also a small amount of padding in the shoulders for shape. Never worn! Super cute, but not my taste anymore. *does not come with the denim jacket*
