Floral skater petticoat w/gold metallic highlights

This is a petticoat style circle / skater skirt made out of layers of of lightweight, gauzy material in black with a multicolor floral pattern. The floral patterns have metallic gold highlights (see detail photos). The length is mid-thigh, a mini skirt but not extremely short. It’s very full and has a lot of movement! It’s Forever 21’s “Twenty One” brand.
