njohn1234 @mpa28 Hi Mary Pat! This waist is 13.5 inches laying flat across. Keep it mind the waist is elastic and stretches. Thanks for inquiring!

mpa28 @njohn1234 it would have to stretch to 17" in both the front and the back (my waist is 34") does it stretch that much without altering the skirt's lines and flattening any folds or pleats? Thanks again! Mary Pat
