Floral skirt

Floral skirt. Really cute elastic waist skirt. Looks great with a tee tucked in, or a bodysuit. Goes with heels or chucks. Waist is 15” across, and waist to lined layer is 13” (up and down). Skirt provides some stretch. Only worn once. Listed as a L by Rue21, but pay attention to measurements. I wore the skirt at my hips (see photos) as part of my 80’s night getup at the roller-rink.
