Floral sleeveless button-up collared blouse

Love this navy top featuring a floral print with pink, orange, yellow, and green. Gently used in great condition. It has shiny buttons like mother-of-pearl, and a crisscross lattice on the top half and gathered bottom half of the back. Has a bit of a high-low fit.
