Dusty rose & white floral, halter top with stretchy smocking across bust. The material that is used for the smocking is also used to make 2 rows of ruffles at the bottom, and in the straps. The straps are adjustable and removable. It ties in the back for a little extra cuteness. Never worn. Approximate measurements: Bust - 16 1/2 in but is expandable because it is stretchy Length - 23 in from top of smocking to hemline. This does not include the straps, as they are adjustable.
