Floral sun dress

Floral pattern on a deep orangish red background. Spaghetti straps. Smocking at waist. Self fabric belt that can be knotted or tied in bow. 100% Rayon fabric. Fun easy summer dress. Size L but Forever 21 runs small so I would say it fits more like a M. Perfect condition, Maybe worn once.
