Floral tank layered Midi dress

This dress is navy tank, empire waist, with a chartreuse green waistband with elastic in the back, and pink and red and navy blue and green flowers and stripes on each tier for a layered-look skirt. She is 4 in this photo, and the dress is a 10, so not quite so long comfy, pull-over, from Dollie & me. 28" top to bottom, waist is 10" side to side.
