Floral tie front ruffle dress

Super comfortable dress perfect for spring/summer events. I wore once to a work event. Received many compliments. Super comfy dress for warmer months at an outdoor event. I am usually an 8-10 in dresses. This dress does run a little bigger as it was longer and more roomy than expected but I did not have time to order a smaller size and feared it being too tight on my waist. I am 5’4 for reference.
