This item measures about 18.5 inches across measured from the bottom of the arm holes in front and the same across the back. So if it’s worn buttoned it should fit a 36/37 inch chest. Of course if you wear it open there’s a wider measure. It’s a small and fits about a size 6. I hope this helps.
