Floral v-neck wrap dress

This dress is extremely flattering and drapes beautifully. The skirt is lined and there is a tiny button at the bottom of the v-neck to keep it from plunging too low. There is elastic in the waist band and a matching belt. The irregular floral pattern with clusters down the neckline and the sides really makes it special. It is 38" from the top of the shoulder to hem and 22" from the waist band to the hem.
