Floral Peasant Dress

Time and Tru Floral Peasant Dress Sheer floral overlay with black lining, all but sleeves. The colors are turquoise blue, plum, and white on black background. Looks high waisted, because there is a gathered area just below the bust, but there actually isn't a waistline that goes around. Sheer bouffant sleeves, elastic at cuff. Loose fit, light and flowy. Size M 8-10 Armpit to armpit 20.5", flares out from there down. New with tags, but it does have one pick. It goes through a flower on the front right side, about 1/3 up from the hem. Because of how busy the colors of the flower are, you really don't see it. Please see the close up flower picture.
