Short-sleeve button-up tunic/mini-dress with turndown collar, drawstring waist, and side pockets. Buttons stop at waist; black lining from waist down. In excellent condition. Measures approximately 17 inches across the bust and 16 inches across at the waist. Material is slightly stretchy.
