Cute floral and stripe hi low tunic. polka dot sleeves and ruffle. 30" in the front from shoulder to hem of ruffle. 45" in the back from shoulder to hem. One sleeve does have hem coming undone, can tell in 1st picture. Smoke and pet free home. Underarm measures 19 "flat
