Hello! What is the waist measurements on the medium and large. Also, can these be cut shorter? I’m only 5’1” :/

@bellebeauxtique The M skirt is 34” in the waist and 21” long. The L has a 38” waist and is 21” long. Regarding cutting them off, that is no problem. Either you can do it after you receive it to the length you desire, or you can tell me what length you would like and I can cut it off and sew around the bottom. They are cut with the pinking shears and then zigzag stitched all the way around the bottom. They are supposed to have a retro look.
