All leather satchel with adjustable/removable crossbody or shoulder strap. Leather is in VGUC. There is slight rubbed spot on the bottom (see close up pic). Interior has been cleaned, although there are quite a few pen marks dotted around the interior. Exterior pocket. Strap is twill backed leather and is adjustable. Great bag!
