Beautiful silk tie neck blouse. It’s a little snug on me and I’m normally a size small. The arms come to about the end of my forearm, they don’t reach my wrists. So it might be best on someone who is size large? It’s a lovely blouse and I’d hate for it to sit in my closet collecting dust🥺
