There are a few knock offs out there but this is the real Post Meridiem brand. I am typically a small in dresses. This was TIGHT around the chest.. I am about 130lbs and 34B so keep that in mind. It would probably be best for someone who is typically closer to an XS. Even though it was tight, the dress was stunning. By far my favorites dress I've worn! It will not let you down!
