Flounced floral skirt

NWOT // perfect for the summer with a pretty lightweight fabric and floral pattern. No stretch. Side zip (invisible zipper) with a hook closure. Polyester lining. From what I remember, this is a bit fitted then flutes out at the ruffles. It’s super girly and I wish it still fit lol. Waist: ~ 16 in (flat) Length: ~ 19 in
