Flouncy Yellow Dress

Love this dress but was too short for me and I am 5'7 with a booth.:) It is a true mustard color background with mauve, slate blue, grey and cream random brush strokes with a leopard print thrown in the mix. It has a tie at the waist and what I call a large keyhole back. Belt is removable but it has large belt loops. It has a stretch waistband. It flaunts flutter sleeves and a slight flutters bottom hem.
