Flouncy blue and green cocktail dress

Very cute blue and green dress with structured top and flouncy skirt. Super cute on! Worn only once or twice. With some small drink stains only visible on the inside of the dress, no visible signs of wear on outside. Zipper in the back. From shoulder at strap attachment to skirt is 10 inches, and length of skirt is 16inches (see photo with measuring tape).
