Flower Garden Hippie Lined Hi-Lo Skirt

I absolutely adore this flower power skirt but need to make room in my closet! Non-Smoking home. Only worn once! From the brand “Pretty Garden” it is lined, size small but there is stretch. Waist unstreched is 27”, 40”/Open for hips. Front length is 24” back is 33”. No issues that I can see. Color is vibrant and you can dress this up or down!
