@mdediego You purchased the dress and accepted the order when you received the shipment ONE year ago and never reported any issue with it.. the dress had minor wear marks as you are purchasing a used designer dress at a major discount but it was NOT stained.

@nak67 I did buy the dress such a long time ago. But the dress was incredibly stained regardless. It wasn’t only the hem, the whole dress was stained in this brown color. I saw them when the dress arrived, but since it was a tie dye dress, I thought it was the print. . I looked closer now and it was as if coffee had been dripped all over the dress. I never used it. Were you not aware of the stains at all??
