Flower Print Dress

This dress is light blue and the top and transitions to a dark blue at the bottom. There are pinkish red flowers all over the dress and the dress has a satin navy ribbon around its waist. The chest area is padded so it can be worn without a bra! I only wore this dress twice so it is in great condition!
