Flower aplique dress

Brand is Elise Ryan. Doesn’t have a size tag but I think it’s a 2. It’s navy blue with a sweetheart neckline. Hits just below the knees and has adorable floral aplique with pearls. Worn once but it no longer fits. Super cute for a formal, wedding, or other occasion.
