Flower dress

USA size medium. The sleeves crimp to pull up or down. Comes with black under dress that’s super lightweight. Perfect for spring and beautiful flower pattern. I would say it falls at a mini dress level. Also has collar strings if you want to tie up to cover up but the Brest slit doesn’t expose very much imo
