Flower girl dress with heart cut out

Beautiful flower girl or formal dress with removable ROYAL BLUE sash with bow in the back & flower for the front portion of the waist. More pretty in person! Used once for a wedding in Jamaica for a couple of hours. Back of dress has heart shaped cut out. See all pics. Front of dress has lace top above the waist & tulle bottom. Dress is definitely ankle length and was never adjusted because my daughter is tall. If your little girls is short it will have to be hemmed. Washed n ready to be mailed!
