Flower petal tulle skirt

This tulle skirt is the cutest way to update any dress or skirt and instantly add whimsical flair! The skirt is attached to a grey belt which ties in a bow at the waist. Each flower petal is tea stained for an antique finish and hand sewn in by me. This item is one of a kind! Waist measurement: 24”-27” The skirt and top are not included.
