Flower spring and summer dress.

This is a very comfortable owned by me only. The dress is Fully lined with a white material on top and towards the bottom. The dress ties around the neck with a bare back high enough that it cover half of the Back. The dress has an elastic waist and a paner that over laps in the frontfor beutiful movement as you walk, The dress is also shoerter in the front and longer in the back. The material is one of those that you wash and dry and dont have to iron and it never looks wrinkled so it is a great vacation dress to travel.The colors are vibrant in a white background with different shades of blues and pinks. The measurements are: From the waist line to the neck line is 13", Bust area is 34" inches wide, The eleastic waist area is 28" when fully closed, but it will open to 31" inches, The hip area is about 36" wide and since the dres opens in the front is forgiving because the lining inside also opens. The lenth of the dress from the weist down in the front is 20" inches and then in the bch from the waist to the bottom is 26" inches.
