Flowers and Velvet Burnout Dress

Gorgeous! The material is a blue velvet covered in pale rose colored sheer flowers. There is a matching lining to the knee and an asymmetrical hem that is open on both sides to give movement when you walk. The delicate straps are adjustable. This was an alteration project waiting to happen and I am close to giving up so my impatience is your gain. There is a flaw, a pull in the fabric near the bust. I tried to document it in pictures.
