Flowers of Romance Boutique Cold Shoulder Top

Pretty white blouse with blue accents and cold shoulders, a boutique purchase that was never worn! Beautiful cutout pattern in blue denim with detailed stitching along the top, and a gathered stretchy band around the bottom hem. Tags still attached, from a local upscale boutique, I bought it just a tad too big and then lost a little weight. Really cute, and is perfect for a night out.
