Flowery Black and White Cocktail Dress

This dress is strapless and short but goes a little above mid thigh! Worn three times but in great condition with no stains! This dress can be dressed up or down and it creates a beautiful waistline. The flowers are not stark white but a little beigish and theres an inside black layer as well as the original clasps and zipper. The bust has a rubber line so it won't fall.
