Flowery Dress

This is a gorgeous peacock teal-blue dress with pink flower design. It has an empire/babydoll waist and bell sleeves- it could be a tunic or a shorter dress. It still has the tags and has never been worn!! In perfect condition!!! It is size small but runs more like a medium/large in my opinion.
