Flowery, flouncy shorts with pockets

Rayon-blend shorts with elastic waist in the back and flat front, two front pockets, and ruffled hem. Marked size extra-small but has stretch, so would fit about a size 2-6. Designed in Los Angeles by Saltwater Luxe and made in China. Lovely pink floral print on black background. No rips, stains, or other flaws. Worn twice. Too small for me now.
