This top is stunning. Like New condition. Light blue. Polka dots and flowers. Sheer with a liner. Lightweight. Spaghetti strap but also short sleeve with large arm cutouts that have ruffles around the edges. V neck. Eye clasp to close top in the back. Any questions let me know!
