Flowery print circle skirt EUC

Elastic waist. I usually like to tell the backstory of everything I sell. However, I’m not sure why I got it, why no tags and why no materials tag. I usually never remove label tags. Im betting it was a gift and it’s been that long. With that said, please see pics for measurements and more details. It feel like 100% cotton with spandex on top for the waist. It is a pleated skater/circle skirt. Absolutely no flaws and could be taken as brand new (just with I had tags to prove it).
