Flattering v neck dress is so funky! It has pink, white, green, and black polkadots! Features black ties that tie in back, to cinch and accentuate your upper waist at its smallest! It is a lightweight knit featuring a sleeve that falls below elbows. Can be worn year round with sandals or shoes, but would look great with those winter boots or leggings too!
