Flowing eci New York top

Eci top with sheer flowing shorter length sleeves/outer poncho-cut-like fabric with lining underneath. Lace / embroidery details all around and decorative buttons on front. Some of the details are slightly snagged/pilled, but nothing is falling apart and there are no other known cosmetic/functional issues. Feel free to ask questions. Black / dark grey in color
