Flowing grey dress/shirt with flower design

I’m not quite sure if this was intended as a dress or shirt but it seems to be slightly see through at the bottom, so probably best as a shirt. Very flattering neck line and torso tailoring. Laces up in the back. Part cotton/part rayon. Very light and airy. Never worn. No damage.
