Flowy Black & Charcoal Anthropologie Tank

Not sure what the brand name is, but got it from Anthropologie. Size Medium. It used to have a black ribbon but I lost it. The little loops are still there though if you want to add one again. Really flowy she comfy she the black ruffled part helps make it seem less plain.
