Flowy Blue Dress

Pretty blue/turquoise dress has a full and flowing skirt. The top of the dress is fitted around the bust and has thin straps. Stitched pleated details on bust and around waist. Can be tied as a halter as shown or straps can be tied to the two small loops on the back of the dress at the top. The back of the dress can stretch to fit many sizes. There is also a small tie around the waist of the dress that can be tightened to fit any waist. No tags so the size is unknown, but fits M-L well.
