Flowy Blue Dress

Flowing blue dress with a really pretty pattern around the collar. It is longer on the sides than the front or back as pictured. The sleeves are a little puffy. I love love this dress but I am 5’6 and would recommend the dress for someone my height or shorter otherwise i think the dress would be too short.
