Flowy Blue Shift Dress

Gently worn dress is blue with white pattern throughout. Fitted feel at the top that flows out toward the bottom. Dress is lined as seen in photo! Very cool and comfortable. High neckline, I’m a 32dd-34d and this fits me well up top! Material has some stretch to is as well! Would fit a small-medium.
