Flowy BoHo Short Dress or Top

This is in EUC, only worn twice by me. Pit to pit is 24, same as measurement in first ruffle across front. Length is 34. Size large. I wore this with tights as a dress and once over slim jeans. Now, I am am no longer fitting in this size but have held onto it because I loved it so. The fabric feels as great as the cut. Very well made with covered buttons and frilly sleeve cuffs.
