Flowy Chiffon Beaded Dress by Express

This Dress is super cute, flirty. Beaded detail on neckline. Dress is a pretty blue/purple color & fabric is sheer w/slip underneath. Flowy, Chiffon material, is very comfortable perfect to throw on for an easy night out. The dress hits me @ mid thigh (I’m 5’5”).
