Flowy Chiffon Double Panel Cape Top

This is a super interesting top I got from a boutique in NYC, it has a flowy front and back panel with ruching at the shoulders so it’s got an amazing drape and flow. The mannequin had it styled with a belt and there is a belt loop on one side of the waist, you can cinch the front panel and keep a flowy back cape, or both front and back panel for a more structured top.
