Flowy Dress!

Navy Blue flowy dress. Has half circle cut out design on back as well as a zipper. Has little yellow pieces of yarn stick out around dress (that can be cut off) because the dress came with a yellow belt that i do not have anymore. Worn once, basically brand new.
